Yacht Charter Terms & Conditions 

1. Booking & Payment
 • All bookings must be confirmed with a minimum 50% deposit or full payment, depending on the company policy.
 • Full payment must be completed before departure.
 • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer (VAT applied)
Payment link: +8,5% (VAT applied)
Cash (no VAT applied)
USDT: 1 usdt = AED 3.65 (no VAT applied)
 • Prices are quoted in AED and include VAT (if applicable).

2. Identification Requirements
 • All guests must present valid Emirates ID or passport before boarding.

3. Arrival & Departure
 • Clients must arrive at least 15–30 minutes prior to departure time.
 • Charter time starts as scheduled, regardless of late arrival.
 • Late arrivals will not be compensated with extra time.

4. Safety & Conduct
 • All guests must follow crew instructions at all times.
 • Life jackets and safety equipment are provided onboard.
 • The company reserves the right to terminate the trip without refund in case of:
 • Dangerous or reckless behavior
 • Violation of UAE laws
 • Damage to the yacht or equipment

5. Alcohol & Smoking
 • Alcohol consumption is permitted only in accordance with UAE laws.
 • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
 • Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

6. Damage & Liability
 • The client is responsible for any damage caused by guests during the charter.
 • Repair costs will be charged accordingly.
 • The company is not liable for:
 • Loss of personal belongings
 • Injuries caused by negligence or failure to follow safety instructions

7. Weather Conditions
 • The company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel trips due to unsafe weather conditions.
 • In such cases, clients will be offered:
 • Rescheduling

8. Route & Duration
 • Routes are subject to approval by the captain based on safety and maritime regulations.
 • Extensions are subject to availability and additional charges.

9. Force Majeure
 • The company is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by:
 • Government restrictions
 • Weather conditions
 • Mechanical issues beyond control
 • Other unforeseen event
 •  War scenario

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Client
 • More than 72 hours before charter → 50% refund
 • No-shows are non-refundable

2. Cancellation by Company
 • Rescheduling will be offered if the company cancels due to:
 • Technical issues
 • Weather conditions
 • Safety concerns

3. Refund Processing
 • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days
 • Bank/payment processing fees may be deducted

4. Amendments
 • Date/time changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance

5. Early Termination
 • If the trip is ended early due to client behavior, no refund will be issued

6. Late Arrival / Early Departure
 • No refunds or compensation for:
 • Late arrivals
 • Voluntary early termination by the client

7. Special Events & Peak Dates
 • Bookings during public holidays, events, or peak seasons may be non-refundable

Optional Add-ons Clause (Recommended)
 • Catering, decorations, DJ services, and water sports are non-refundable once confirmed

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming the booking, the client agrees to all terms and conditions stated above.
